G709 - 2001, Work Changes Proposal Request

This form is used to obtain price quotations required in the negotiation of change orders. G709-2001 is not a change order or a direction to proceed with the work.

It is simply a request to the contractor for information related to a proposed change in the construction contract. G709-2001 provides a clear and concise means of initiating the process for changes in the Work.
