2022 California and Federal Labor Law Laminated Poster
2022 California and Federal Labor Law Laminated Poster
Compliance Alert: CalChamber's 2022 California and Federal Labor Law poster reflects mandatory updates effective January 1, 2022 to the California Minimum Wage notice, the EDD's Notice to Employees, the California Law Prohibits Workplace Discrimination and Harassment notice, the Your Rights and Obligations as a Pregnant Employee notice, and to the Family Care and Medical Leave and Pregnancy Disability Leave notice. Cal/OSHA's Safety and Health Protection on the Job notice has recommended updates dated March 2021.
California employers are required to post these updated notices to ensure your California employees are aware of their rights in the workplace.
Note: Senate Bill 657 (SB 657) takes effect on January 1, 2022. Although SB 657 may allow for the electronic distribution of California required notices via email, it doesn’t change an employer’s obligation to physically display posters in the workplace. For remote workers, the physical posting requirement may apply to the employee’s home. If you choose to distribute notices electronically, you must instruct your employees to physically post the notices.
