ICC 901/SRCC 100-2015: Solar Thermal Collector Standard establishes minimum criteria for the design, manufacture and testing of solar thermal collectors. It addresses a wide range of solar thermal collectors, including flat panel, evacuated tube, concentrating, integrated storage and unglazed. The standard incorporates the provisions of SRCC Standard 600 Minimum Standard for Solar Thermal Concentrating Collectors to create a single standard addressing the widest possible range of solar thermal collectors. ICC 901/SRCC 100 represents an update to SRCC Standard 100 and SRCC Standard 600, and is appropriate for use as a successor to those documents. The requirements in ICC 901/SRCC 100-2015 are based on the intent to both update the long-established SRCC 100 and 600 standards with the latest technologies and testing methods, and improve consistency with the latest model plumbing and mechanical codes in use.
